• Hakkasan Abu Dhabi has introduced a new brunch — the Hakka brunch — as an alternative to typical brunches. For starters, guests choose from a selection of steamed, baked and fried dim sum; followed by a selection of dishes from the live stations, which include a peking duck with pancakes station. • The Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche has just opened a new restaurant called the B ... Easy Italian Restaurant and Lounge. Serving contemporary Italian cuisine, the eatery is open daily from noon to midnight. Menu items include everything from bruschetta, minestrone soup and sandwiches to foie gras dishes, grilled sea bream and breaded veal chops. • Mikado Cafe, the new Japanese cafe in Khalidiyah, has just launched a business lunch. Business folks in a hurry — or mums who need to move fast between kids’ activities — can take advantage of a speedy lunch of hot dishes or sushi. Lunch options include dishes such as chicken or salmon teriyaki served with steamed rice or hot curry rice served with edamame. There is a range of sushi, desserts and Japanese iced teas available as well (try the matcha mint and lime tea for Dh18) The business lunch starts at Dh70.
