With the autumn/winter 2017 runway collections now in-store, Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates is hosting its annual World of Fashion event from October 10 to 14. The event will give shoppers and browsers a chance to interact with regional and international style experts in a range of creative spaces.

In the mall’s Central Galleria, the curated rooms within the House of Bazaar installation, for instance, are devoted to fashion, beauty and wellness. The custom-created rooms take the form of The Closet, which pays homage to all things high-fashion, including labels such as Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel, Fendi, Prada and Hermès. Next, check out the beauty Boudoir, where Ralph Lyeif and Emmanuelle Geoffrey, make-up artists from Dior, will conduct demonstrations and offer one-on-one cosmetics consultations. The Wellness Retreat is the place to be to learn nutritional tips and tricks, healthy recipes and the latest news from the world of fitness.

On October 12, join an interactive conversation that ranges from beauty to business, with Dubai-based influencers Shiva Safai, Carla DiBello and Caroline Stanbury.

In the evenings, the House of Bazaar will transform into a chic show space hosting fashion events, including a cute mini-me runway with the latest styles in childrenswear.

Those looking to kick-start a career in the digital-fashion arena can get tickets for the Simply Dubai session. Following on from its success at World of Fashion 2016, the concept returns this year with international fashion personalities Catt Sadler and Jacey Duprie. The duo, along with regional influencers, will share their digital journeys with budding bloggers and Instagram enthusiasts. The talk, which will be held on October 12 at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, from 10am to 6pm, aims to connect career-minded fashion and beauty mavens with experts in their field.
