Jennifer Lopez has long been a fan of Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad. She has donned his designs for the Golden Globes, the Oscars, the Grammys and her stint as an American Idol judge. And now she has taken her love affair on-screen, wearing a stunning couture Zuhair Murad wedding gown for her latest role.
The actress, 50, was pictures on the streets of New York last week in the fairytale wedding gown while filming her latest movie Marry Me. The strapless, princess-cut gown is a classic Zuhair Murad design - extravagant, embellished and with a golden tint.
For the scenes, Lopez paired the gown with a matching, floor-length veil, and a heavy diamond necklace and gold earrings.
The pictures got fans talking, as the Hustlers actress has upcoming nuptials in real-life, as she prepares to marry fiancé Alex Rodriguez. The pair got engaged earlier this year.
Given that she has chosen Zuhair Murad designs on more than 20 occasions in the past, fans are speculating her on-screen bridal look could inspire her real-life wedding gown. It seems like we'll have a while to wait though, as in a recent interview with the Evening Standard, she revealed the pair are yet to set a date.
