UAE wins award at agriculture show in Morocco



MEKNES // The UAE won an award for best international pavilion at the 11th International Agricultural Show in Morocco.

Rashid Al Shariqi, director-general of the Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority, received the award at a banquet hosted by King Mohammed VI on Saturday in Meknes.

Mr Al Shariqi thanked President Sheikh Khalifa, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, and Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of the authority’s board of directors.
