Team Dolphin steals the show

DUBAI // A dolphin show might be expected at Atlantis The Palm but many would not have thought Dubai Civil Defence would be taking part in a dolphin championship incorporating 65 teams from 14 countries.

But the civil defence’s Dolphin Team put in a great show at the championships last weekend at Al Mamzar Lake.

Organised by Dubai International Marine Club, the event wowed audiences and engaged civil defence staff such as captain Khalfan Mohammed Saeed bin Dasmal, director of the Marine Fire and Rescue Department, chief warrant officer Anwar Abdullah Al Ali, Salman Abdul Rahim, Adel Jassim, Aref Abdullah, Ibrahim Mohammed, Walid Abdul Rahman and Hamad Hassan.
