Record sales of F1 tickets leave just 10 per cent yet unsold

This year 60,000 tickets, a 5,000 increase from 2013, were made available for the final race of the season on November 23, which will be worth double the points.

Less than 10 per cent of tickets are left for sale for this year’s Etihad Airways F1 at the Yas Marina Circuit.

As well as the cars, entertainment over the weekend will be provided by DJ Armin Van Buuren, US singer Pharrell Williams, and UK rock band The Who. Egyptian movie star Tamer Hosny, Lebanese singer Carole Samaha, Emirati singer Faiz Al Saeed, and Palestinian Mohammed Assaf will perform at the Du Arena on November 20.
