E-book first hopes to boost tourism in Ajman

AJMAN // The emirate hopes to boost tourism business procedures with the launch of Ajman Tourism Development Department’s first e-book.

The electronic procedural manual contains information on all documents and procedures necessary to obtain tourism licences, in both Arabic and English.

It has been devised to support the tourism sector in Ajman and better the emirate’s image as a tourism-investment destination.

Mohammed Mousa Al Meheiri, head of licensing at ATDD, said that the e-book is in line with the Ajman Vision 2021.

“With this guide and facilitated licensing procedures, we support our stakeholders to upgrade Ajman’s tourism sector and preserve the emirate’s reputation,” Mr Al Meheiri said. “These efforts will result in increasing the number of visitors and investors and support the emirate’s economy.”
