A luxury apartment scheme in Dubai’s Culture Village has been launched, with views of Dubai Creek.
The low rise Manazel AlKhor development, launched by Dubai Properties, will offer 76 three- and four-bedroom apartments and is anticipated to be complete by mid-2016.
Manazel AlKhor will join a number of other luxury residential and hospitality projects under construction by third party developers in Culture Village, including the luxurious 6-star Palazzo Versace Hotel and D1 Residential Tower.
“Due to its prime location in the heart of Culture Village, traditional Arabic theme and waterside living experience, we are confident Manazel AlKhor will prove to be an attractive investment for local, regional and international buyers,” said Khalid Al Malik, the group chief excutive of Dubai Properties.
Dubai Properties has appointed contractor Sun Engineering to handle the project.
