The Dubai developer Emaar Properties has unveiled a new collection of Mira Oasis townhouses in the Reem area of the city.
The new phase of Mira Oasis includes more than 480 three- and four-bedroom townhouses and the latest launch follows strong investor demand for the earlier launches, according to Emaar.
“Led by the robust growth of Dubai’s economy, demand for residences continues to be strong,” said Ahmad Al Matrooshi, the managing director, Emaar Properties.
“This is reflected in the remarkable investor interest we had recorded for our earlier launches of Mira Oasis townhouses. The various lifestyle features offered by Reem serve as a strong incentive for customers to be part of this community.”
Located near Arabian Ranches, Mira Oasis will also feature a school, a mosque and a retail plaza. It will be lined by walkways and bicycle pathways and will also feature a rock climbing wall, skate park for the adventurous, cricket pitch, football field, go-kart track, dune park for surfing, camel riding, dune bugging and camping.
Emaar will launch simultaneously in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Karachi. Online registration for Dubai and Abu Dhabi will commence on Wednesday at 10am, and 11am in Karachi.
Sales will be held on Saturday, at 10am in Dubai (Emaar Pavilion, Downtown Dubai) and Abu Dhabi (Emaar Sales Centre, Al Nahda Tower). The sale in Karachi will take place from 11am at the Crescent Bay Emaar Sales Centre.
