Emaar is ready to launch a new development which is sure to be popular with shopaholics.
The Dubai developer’s Boulevard Point scheme, which consists of 297 one- to three-bedroom apartments, is located above The Dubai Mall’s extension and will offer direct access to the mall through a bridge link.
The 63-storey tower is to feature “stone countertops, pendant lights, a community-centric lawn and barbeque deck”, according to Emaar, with some apartments having views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain.
Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Emaar’s managing director, said: “Meeting the demand for serviced residences as second homes in Dubai, Boulevard Point will redefine the luxury living experience. Positioned within walking distance to the city’s new cultural hub, The Opera District, Boulevard Point will give residents a spectacular mix of arts and culture, in the world’s most prestigious square kilometre.”
Emaar said the sales launch for “discerning investors” will take place on Saturday in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Singapore, with online registration to start from Wednesday.
