Cityscape Global 2017: New property projects on display in Dubai - in pictures

  Reem Tower, a super luxury residential tower to be built in Abu Dhabi. The 44-story tower will be situated at the north east of Marina Square on Reem Island. The tower will reach almost 172m into the Abu Dhabi skyline and have a built-up area of 87,075 square metres with parking for 500 cars. Work on the tower is expected to start next year.   Seven Tides revealed SE7EN Residences The Palm, a new residential development on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah. The 14-storey two tower complex is situated next to Seven Tides’ second development on the Palm, DUKES Dubai. It is made up of 1,066 units including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. Units are priced at Dh752,000 for studios, Dh1.03m for one-bedroom apartments, Dh1.99m for two-bedroom apartments, and Dh3.55m for three-bedroom apartments. Courtesy Seven Tides

  Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai, is pictured with Mirwais Azizi, chairman of Azizi Developments at the developer’s stand at Cityscape Global. The developer said it has sold out phase one of its Riviera project. It said it has also sold 50 per cent of its phase two units on the first day of Cityscape. The project is located in the Meydan One district. Once complete, the project will deliver at least 6,273 units of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments situated along the Dubai Canal, with views of Downtown Dubai and other landmarks.   Bloom Properties has given a construction update on its projects. Bloom Heights, the developer’s project in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle, has advanced significantly, with work proceeding on the main towers. It will comprise a total of 686 residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. It is scheduled for completion in Q2 2019. Bloom Holding also confirmed that its enabling works contractor is now mobilising the construction operations at the site of Bloom Towers, pictured, which is also located in JVC. It will consist of 944 units. The developer said construction work is also progressing fast at the Park View and Soho Square projects in Abu Dhabi.

  Fancy moving to Ayia Napa in Cyprus? Designed by architects SmithGroupJJR Ayia Napa Marina is being showcased at Cityscape. The scheme is a joint project between Ora Developers, led by Egyptian businessman and international statesman, Naguib Sawiris, and Cyprus-based Caramondani Group. A mixed-use residential, marina and commercial project based around 190 apartments, housed in two iconic twisting towers, 29 villas, a 600-berth full-service marina and a collection of retail, waterfront dining and lifestyle amenities for its ultra-high-net-worth residents and visitors.
