Azizi Developments has announced that it has launched two new residential projects in the Al Furjan area of Dubai.
The two new towers, Daisy and Freesia, will each have a ground floor and 11 upper floors and will contain one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as swimming pools, a gym and parking.
The company said that both towers will be completed by the end of 2016. It added that it is the biggest sub-developer in Al Furjan - a new community near Jebel Ali where Nakheel is the master developer.
Azizi Developments has Dh4.5bn of projects under development and is expected to deliver a further five projects at Al Furjan - Azizi Feiruz, Azizi Yasmine, Azizi Liatris, Azizi Ochide and Azizi Iris - during 2016.
