John Vitalo
has been promoted to head of investment banking and investment management in the Middle East for Barclays, the bank announced today. He'll maintain his position as CEO of a Absa Capital, a majority-owned subsidiary in South Africa. He will split his time between Johannesburg and Dubai.
Stephen van Coller
was also promoted to deputy CEO of Absa.
