From a brand new bag to a glamorous floral skirt, these are the latest trends in fashion and beauty.

Bag to buy

The latest bag from Aigner, called Bella, has everything you look for when investing in a new tote. The calfskin-leather purse is large enough to make it a great work or travel bag, and its winged shape is interesting enough to make it a statement piece. The bag has multiple pockets and an adjustable shoulder strap, and is available in two sizes.

Dynamic duo

Two beauty-brand favourites – Too Faced and Kat Von D – have teamed up with limited-edition sets that juxtapose Too Faced’s feminine feel with Kat Von D’s bold, edgy aesthetic. Pick between the cheek and lip set, ultimate eye set or mascara and liner duo, but act fast, because these are sure to be quick to sell out.

Slide into these

What do you get when you combine the comfort of flat, Birkenstock-style sandals with crystallised add-ons? Roger Vivier’s new Slidy Viv sandals, that’s what. Turn up the glamour factor this spring with these stylish slides.

Eye-popping shades

The new Diamond collection from Italian eyewear brand Glassing lets clients customise their statement shades. The service is available on the original GP collection, recently spotted on Rihanna. Have them embellished with dainty butterflies, punky skulls or even your initials.

Available at Glassing pop-ups at City Walk 2 or The Beach in Dubai; price on request ≥

Dress for a cause

Emirati fashion designer Yasmin Al Mulla, of YNM, has crafted a limited-edition kaftan to pay tribute to her mother’s battle with colon cancer. The designer was inspired by her mother’s strength and positivity throughout her illness, and a percentage of sales from the Noora kaftan will be donated to the Colon Cancer Alliance.

Skirt alert

For a new-season wardrobe pick-me-up, opt for a glamorous floral skirt in an elegant, midi length. These printed and embroidered designs from Marks & Spencer will look great with either high heels or street-chic trainers.
