The Podium Lounge’s after-parties for Abu Dhabi’s Formula 1 Etihad Airways Grand Prix will be held at Yas Viceroy on Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island on November 25, 26 and 27.
The venue for this year’s celebrations — which take place from 10pm until late — will be Rush nightclub, situated directly above the racetrack. Around 600 guests will have the opportunity to mingle will stars of the F1 community in the plush surroundings of the venue which features private VIP areas.
The Podium Lounge’s resident DJ Patrick Oliver from the United States will spin the decks on all nights and be supported by musical acts including Lebanon’s maDJam on November 25 and DJ Miles Slater from the United Kingdon on November 26. On race night, November 27, guests can look forward to a hip-hop headline set by Red Bull Racing’s Official DJ, Erok from America.
VIP tables range from Dh5,000 to Dh45,000 and general admission passes are from Dh200.

Real estate tokenisation project
Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.
The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.
Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.

"We've got a big jar of mixed seeds in our kitchen," Theasby explains. "That's what you use to make a bolognese or pie or salad: just grab a handful of seeds and sprinkle them over the top. It's a really good way to make sure you're getting your omegas."
Umami flavours
"I could say soya sauce, but I'll say all umami-makers and have them in the same batch," says Firth. He suggests having items such as Marmite, balsamic vinegar and other general, dark, umami-tasting products in your cupboard "to make your bolognese a little bit more 'umptious'".

"If you've got them, you can cook basically anything from that base," says Theasby. "These ingredients are so prevalent in every world cuisine and if you've got them in your cupboard, then you know you've got the foundation of a really nice meal."
