This year's Celebration Star Wars conference, which takes place from 16-19 April at the Anaheim Convention Center just south of Los Angeles, will be live streamed on the official site for eager fans around the world who can't make the trip to LA.
With excitiement mounting over the December release of the latest in the saga, the partly Abu Dhabi-shot Episode VII: The Force Awakens, the event unsurprisingly has a strong focus on that movie with sessions featuring director J.J. Abrams, producer Kathleen Kennedy and stars Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill among the attractions.
Also included will be chats with spin-off directors Gareth Edwards (Star Wars: Rogue One) and Josh Trank (whose film's title has yet to be revealed).
The live stream promises over 30 hours of content, including looks at various new products and media tie-ins and a host of other talent involved with the past and future of the ever-growing franchise. It all kicks off at 9pm tonight, UAE time, with the closing ceremony on Sunday.
