According to his website, the English comic and actor is bringing his new Messiah Complex show to the capital for two shows on August 15 and 16 at the du Forum.
The show is set to feature Brand's razor sharp and occasionally controversial musings on current affairs and pop culture.
Brand promises to discuss popular figures including Che Guevara, Gandhi, Malcolm X and even Hitler.
“All these men have shaped our lives and influenced the way we think,” the statement said.
