The
Real Estate Regulatory Agency
has been auditing more of Dubai's off plan property developments
. The audits available on Rera's website now cover 268 projects out of 1083 projects registered with the Land Department, or about 24.7 per cent. Rera has hired an interesting company called
to help with the auditing system. When all of these are complete, it will make for an interesting analysis on the state of the off-plan market.
