Dubai residents could have a new celebrity neighbour soon, after Paris Hilton revealed she is eyeing up property in the emirate.
The socialite was visiting the city with her younger sister Nicky for the star-studded opening of Australian-Lebanese celebrity chef Greg Malouf’s new restaurant Clé Dubai at which she performed a DJ set.
She told us she is “expanding [her] real estate” following a recent property purchase in New York — and Dubai is next on her hit list.
Speaking exclusively to The National in her suite at The Address Downtown Dubai, overlooking the Burj Khalifa, Hilton says: "The other day I was looking out at the view, seeing all these incredible buildings and thinking 'I wish I could find a place here'.
“I love it, I think it’s such a cool place to come to. It’s special, it has a great energy, I love the people — there’s so much going on.”
