Nazis on the Moon. Nazis. On the Moon. It's the sort of premise that likely resulted in some serious high-fiving when it was dreamt up.
In this computer graphic-laden black comedy, which exists thanks to a hugely successful crowd funding campaign, the "Fourth Reich" returns to a 2018 Earth with plans for invasion.
While there are some laugh-out-loud moments, particularly within the Nazis' space colony seemingly stuck in its 1940s way, the premise is the funniest bit. As much as you might want it to succeed, the gags and satire are sadly all too limp, and a final scene in which comedy is scrapped altogether for a "message" is just painful.
But, still, Nazis on the Moon. It's comedy gold.
