The Dubai Land Department has launched a new real estate portal, combining all the services and information from the Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency on one site.
The new portal includes information on regulations, real estate registration and sales trend data. It also offers access to licensing forms and the Ejari system for registering rental agreements.
"The site will facilitate transactions and reduce the time needed to apply for the department's services online," the Land Department said in a statement.
