Budding filmmakers who don’t want to venture outdoors during the hot summer months may be interested to hear about a new, free, six-week online filmmaking course being offered by the UK’s National Film and Television School and the British Film Institute.
The course requires just three hours a week, and will feature a team of award-winning filmmakers who will take you through their approach to telling stories, as well as demystifying their own filmmaking specialisms – from writing and directing to cinematography, editing and composing.
The course, which starts on June 29, requires no previous filmmaking experience, and you even get a personalised certificate on completion of the course.
