Ariana Grande has cancelled her Abu Dhabi concert, two days before she was due to take the stage at du Arena on December 3.

Promoters Flash said on December 1 that all four December dates on her Honeymood Tour had been called off because the pop star was “not able to travel”.

She was also due to perform in London on Saturday and two shows in Japan next week.

The singer also tweeted the bad news: “Babies, I’m so sad I won’t be able to make it abroad this December but I can’t wait to see u & reschedule for next year. I love you so much.”

Tickets will be valid for the new tour dates in 2016 when they are confirmed.
