Register your children ages 5 to 11 to take part in the KidZania "kidZ kookery" workshops this weekend, where they will learn to make healthy and tasty vegetarian sushi as well as exercise their artistic skills by decorating cupcakes. All ingredients will be supplied. Budding chefs can take recipes and their creations home. Try vertical training at TrainZSC, an initiative by Daman ActiveLife in which fitness enthusiasts can run up stairs at National Stadium with a total of 884 steps being covered. There's great music, plus a walking and running area around the pitch, a kids' play area with bouncy inflatables and health checks by Daman. Attend the Italian Opera Gala in celebration of Italian National Day. The concert features a classical programme performed by soprano Monica De Rosa McKay, tenor Gian Luca Pasolini and piano duo Larisa Capatina and Vitali Mihailiuc, including Bellini, Donizetti, Verdi and Puccini.
