Climb the steps of Zayed Sports City Stadium at the first TrainZSC event from Daman ActiveLife. The event, which will run on the last Thursday of every month, gives participants the opportunity to engage in vertical training. Additionally, participants can walk or run around the track and take advantage of health services. There will be a children's play area and the event will be attended by programme ambassadors including Emirati CrossFit athlete Abeer Amiri and Egyptian triathlete Omar Nour.
