Pros

The apartment is located on the ground floor, with a small patch of lawn leading off from a sizeable terrace area. The communal swimming pool sits just beyond, on the boundary of the property. The interior offers some pretty cool design features, such as an Arabian-style arch dividing the open-plan living areas.

Cons

There aren’t many, to be honest. The Dubai Mall traffic can be a nightmare over the weekends, but with so many amenities within walking distance, you would probably not need to use your car, anyway.
