A new murder mystery featuring Syrian superstars Bassel Khaiat and Abdulmonem Amayri is coming to OSN.

Anonymous is the latest original production to be announced by OSN, set to hit screens in the region on Thursday, March 18.

The eight-part psychological thriller follows two parallel stories that twist together. The first story highlights the investigations of two high-profile murders, led by sharp and meticulous investigator, Khaldoun (Ehab Shaaban).

The second storyline introduces Samir Abdulrahim (Abdulmonem Amayri), a tailor and taxi driver who is experiencing the pain of financial misfortune and is on the brink of mental collapse. As the series progresses, the stories begin to intertwine.

The first images from the series have been released, showing Khaiat in a role that is yet to be revealed.

"Kayd Majhool (Anonymous) is the first Arabic psycho-thriller added to our portfolio of originals launching this year," said Rolla Karam, interim chief content officer at OSN.

“We are excited to be launching this fifth original production, further cementing OSN’s mission to bringing local content to Arab and non-Arab viewers alike, as we’re confident that the series will appeal to a wide audience across the region.”

The series will be available with English subtitles as well as an English-dubbed version, in a bid to reach as wide an audience in the region as possible, OSN said.
