Matt LeBlanc to star in new sitcom titled ‘I’m Not Your Friend’

Friends stars Matthew Perry and Matt LeBlanc to reunite in new sitcom titled I'm Not Your Friend.

Matt LeBlanc will also co-host the BBC’s Top Gear programme.

Former Friends actor Matt LeBlanc will star in the pilot of the new CBS comedy I'm Not Your Friend. The pilot looks likely to progress to a full series, as the in-demand LeBlanc has been offered a series commitment by the network, meaning he'll be handsomely compensated if the show doesn't go into production, Variety reports.

LeBlanc will star as a contractor who learns that raising his children is more challenging than expected when his wife goes back to work. He will also act as executive producer along with Michael Rotenberg and the show’s husband and wife writing team Jeff and Jackie Filgo.

LeBlanc was also recently revealed as a co-host of the revamped, post-Jeremy Clarkson Top Gear alongside Brit presenter Chris Evans, and currently stars on Showtime's Episodes playing a heightened version of himself. Episodes is about to start filming its fifth season in London.
