The Creative Arts Emmys recognise technical achievements in television, typically honouring the work of people behind the camera. But for the 2019 Creative Arts Emmys, stars from a host of shows and movies stepped out to celebrate the best of TV. Kim Kardashian, Nicole Scherzinger, Lisa Kudrow and Jeff Goldblum turned out in force for the glamorous event, held in Los Angeles, California. <strong>Click through the gallery above to see who wore what for the awards ceremony. </strong> On the night, Abu Dhabi-produced Oscar-winner <a href="https://www.thenational.ae/arts-culture/film/abu-dhabi-produced-oscar-winner-free-solo-to-screen-in-uae-in-april-1.830126"><em>Free Solo </em></a>did well, taking home seven awards. <em>Queer Eye, The Late Late Show with James Corden</em><em> </em>and <em>Saturday Night Live</em> were all also recognised at the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles; Sir David Attenborough also took home an award, for his narration of Netflix nature series,<em> <a href="https://www.thenational.ae/arts-culture/television/15-incredible-shots-from-netflix-s-our-planet-1.845635">Our Planet. </a></em> The Creative Arts Emmys are held across two nights, this year Saturday, September 14 and Sunday, September 15. They precede the Primetime Emmy Awards, which recognises on-screen efforts in television. This year, the Primetime awards will be held on Sunday, September 22. Content that aired from June 1, 2018 until May 31, 2019, are in the running for awards.
