Ahead of her performance as Eminem’s support act at the rapper’s du Arena concert on Yas Island tonight, Skylar Grey has been busy enjoying Abu Dhabi.

The singer, who has collaborated with Eminem on many tracks including Love The way You Lie and Walk On Water, has been soaking up the sun on Zaya Nurai island.

Grey’s Instagram story shows her fiancé Elliott Taylor and a friend taking it in turns to leap in to the Arabian Gulf from the boardwalk at Zaya Nurai Island.

Taylor’s Instagram story was also filled with Abu Dhabi shots, one of which captured Grey lounging by a private pool and overlooking the ocean at one of the island’s villas.

Later, Grey and her entourage headed to a farm where the singer could be heard gushing over cute goats. The group also went dune bashing where they suffered a fate that is relatively common in this region  — getting stuck in the sand.

The Nissan Patrol that the singer was travelling in became stuck in the dunes and Taylor helped the driver to scoop piles of sand out of its path to dislodge it.

Grey will support Emimem as he puts on a big show for UAE fans tonight.

Venue doors open at 6.30pm for tonight's and fans are reminded to leave plenty of time for security checks before entering the venue.
