The Golden Globes has announced its full list of nominees ahead of the 2021 ceremony.
The awards, which will take place on Sunday, February 28 in a bi-coastal ceremony between Los Angeles and New York, will be the first major ceremony to go ahead in person after a year of cancellations due to Covid-19.
The nominees were announced on Wednesday, February 3, in a live stream hosted by Sarah Jessica Parker and Taraji P Henson. Among this year's nominees are late actor Chadwick Boseman, Sir Anthony Hopkins and Frances McDormand.
Boseman, who passed away last year after a battle with colon cancer, received the posthumous nomination for his role Ma Rainey's Black Bottom.
This year is also a record year for female directors, with three women nominated in the Best Director category for the first time in the awards' history.
Streaming giant Netflix led this year's nominations in both television and film nominations, where Mank received six nominations and The Trial of the Chicago 7 received five. In television series, The Crown led with six nominations, while Schitt's Creek received five.
