New jewellery from Melody Ehsani arrives at West L.A.

Necklaces, earrings, rings and anklets from Los Angeles-based jewellery brand Melody Ehsani are now available at West L.A., located in Sunset Mall, Dubai. Ehsani, who has a Persian background, is inspired by paradox, controversy, justice and breaking boundaries. Her designs feature playful motifs like hot pink low rider cars and pin-up girls, as well as tribal elements like eagles and shark teeth icons. Statement street jewellery is Ehsani’s forte — we’re especially amused by a gold ring with “bawse” carved into it. Her fresh point of view shows a pairing of urban influences with contemporary materials, particularly acrylic.
