Marc Jacobs teams up with award-winning perfumer for upcoming Divine Decadence scent

After creating the Marc Jacobs Decadence scent in 2015, Romanian master perfumer Annie Buzantian collaborates with the brand on its latest seasonal fragrance: Divine Decadence. The plum, iris and saffron notes of the original perfume made it perfect for languid autumn evenings, while the new Divine Decadence has a light, floral aroma – ideal for the hot summer months. It will be available in the UAE from May.

The sparkling liquid is contained within an emerald-hued, crystalline glass bottle, with the python cap, gold chain and black-tassel details reminiscent of a miniature Marc Jacobs handbag. The floral notes of gardenia, hydrangea, honeysuckle and orange blossom are offset by dry undertones of vanilla and amber, rendering the aroma at once light and exotic.

For Divine Decadence, Marc Jacobs partnered with Buzantian, who was given a Lifetime Achievement Award by the America Society of Perfumes, as well as fragrance consultant Ann Gottlieb. Brazilian model Adriana Lima is the face of the campaign.

The perfume will be available at Marc Jacobs outlets and leading department stores from May 1, and costs Dh410 for 50ml and Dh525 for 100ml.
