Every shade of cream, ivory and platinum was evident on the red carpet at the Oscar’s overnight. Flick through our slideshow of celebs who made all the white style choices at the 87th Academy Awards.

Grecian goddess: Top marks to 18-year-old singer and actress Zendaya Coleman who floated down the red carpet in a stunning Vivienne Westwood satin gown. The elegant number comprised a trademark Westwood draped corset and chiffon shoulder detail tied at the back.

French fancy: It was perhaps no surprise that actress Marion Cotillard remained loyal to Christian Dior by opting for one of the maison's Spring Summer 2014 couture gowns on Sunday. The soft-column dress with train was characterized by its latticed top layer and ballooned back. Chopard earrings and a black box clutch topped off the Oscar winner's outfit.

Statuesque dress: It was a dress worth of an Oscar winner and designed personally by Kaiser Karl himself. Julianne Moore accepted her Academy Award for Best Actress wearing a heavily sequined white Chanel gown at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood overnight. The 54-year-old was resplendent in the strapless couture creation which featured bands of white camellias and chose to completed her look with Chopard diamonds.

Pearly white: Mexican-Kenyan actress and director Lupita Nyong'o made a bold fashion statement at the Oscar's this year in a custom-made Calvin Klein gown. Heavily beaded with pearls, the figure-hugging number had eye-catching cutouts to the front and back and was styled simply with a pair of pendant earrings.

Train trend: British actress Carmen Ejogo shone at the Oscars 2015 in a shimmering dress by Houghton. The gown's overly long train, while a luxurious touch, proved a tad hard to manage while walking in Stuart Weitzman heels and posing on the red carpet. The star opted, as many of her peers did for the Academy Awards last night, to wear diamonds by master jeweler Chopard.

Pitch perfect: Channeling old school glamour at the Oscar's this year was country music star Faith Hill. The 47-year-old shimmied down the red carpet in a full length, long-sleeved, plunging V-neck gown by J.Mendel. The ivory wrap top and bias-cut skirt were covered in intricate silver beading, complimented by Hill's tanned skin and cropped blonde do.
