Bella Hadid chose a Bulgari box clutch, diamond earrings and climbing-serpent bracelet to complete her red-carpet look at last year’s Grammy Awards.

The American model has now been announced as the brand ambassador for the Italian maison’s autumn/winter 2017 accessories range. In a bid to appeal to discerning millennials, Bulgari’s campaign with Hadid will showcase both its iconic Serpenti handbags and a new, more youthful range of Diva bags. The collection will be unveiled on February 23, during Milan Fashion Week.

Hadid’s connection with Bulgari goes even farther back – as a child, she remembers her mum, Yolanda, being a big fan of the brand, which was “much talked about in the house”. The proud owner of a Serpenti Forever, Hadid announced the partnership by posting an Instagram picture of her kissing the bag, while Bulgari’s Instagram page describes the model as its “most magnetic muse ever”.

Hadid, who has represented Fendi, Moschino and Dior Beauty, will be the face of Bulgari's handbags and other leather goods, eyewear and silks for its autumn 2017 campaign, shot by Terry Richardson, who has previously photographed Carla Bruni for the brand.
