Behind the scenes of Luxury magazine’s September fashion shoot

The playground for our September fashion shoot, which was published today in Luxury magazine, was the newly opened Rove hotel in Downtown Dubai. Corridors covered in contemporary graffiti-style murals, a locker room decorated with inflatable float animals, a lobby filled with artwork from regional artists, and a self-service laundry room all made ideal backdrops for our editorial, which celebrates the ever-forward-charging beat of fashion.

Alessandro Michele's decadent Gucci designs were used alongside new-season pieces from Hermes, Lanvin, Burberry, Fendi, Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior. Autumn/winter 2016 footwear from Jimmy Choo, Alexander McQueen and M Missoni are featured in the shoot, with Chanel brooches, Gucci pearl knuckle-dusters, crystallised clutches by The Good Practice and fine jewellery from S*uce Rocks.
