ABU DHABI // Four women have been referred to the Criminal Court on charges of prostitution.
Residents in an apartment building tipped off police after noticing one of the flats was being visited by strange men on a daily basis. The men would arrive after 7pm and not leave until early morning the next day.
Police believe that four Asian women were running a brothel from the flat, charging Dh100 per customer.
All four have been referred to court on charges of managing a brothel and practising prostitution. Three men found at the brothel face charges of sexual violation and beautifying the sin.
All defendants are in prison awaiting trial.
