The weather continues to be hazy and humid with meteorologists saying that the hot weather will stretch beyond the Eid Al Fitr holiday.
Winds will stay light but are expected to intensify as the day goes by, creating a possibility for dust across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
The temperature is expected to hit highs of 42 and 48 along the coast and inland, respectively whereas humidity is expected to increase to a maximum of 90 per cent on Sunday.
Humidity will intensify as the day goes by and overnight, particularly in inland areas. The sea will be moderate in the Arabian Gulf and rough in the Sea of Oman.
Residents of Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah will get some respite from the hot weather as clouds are expected to form especially in the mountainous areas.
