ABU DHABI // Temperatures and humidity continue to climb today with light winds and cloud offering little respite.
Temperatures will range between 27°C and 44°C along the coast, peaking at 48°C inland.
The highest temperature recorded on Saturday was 49.5°C at 2.30pm in Um Az Zumul, in the southeastern-most part of the country.
Humidity will increase overnight and into Monday morning, according to the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology.
Waters are expected to be mostly moderate but rough at times in the Arabian Gulf with calmer waters forecast in the Sea of Oman.
