DUBAI // Rain and strong winds are expected to continue for the next two days across the country, particularly along the coast.
The National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology warned of unstable weather conditions, with forecasts of thunder, rain and cloudy skies.
Conditions will be hazy due to strong winds with speeds of 50kph blowing dust and sand, reducing visibility to less than 1 kilometre at times over central and western areas.
Temperatures will range from 17°C to 29°C along the coast, 8°C to 20°C in the mountains and 16°C to 29°C inland.
Maximum humidity would be 70 to 85 per cent across coastal regions, between 75 to 90 per cent in internal areas and 40 to 60 per cent in the mountains.
Rough conditions with fresh to strong winds in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman sea were also forecast.
