UAE weather: Pleasant conditions continue

ABU DHABI // Pleasant conditions are set to continue today, with coastal highs reaching no more than 22°C under partly cloudy skies.

Inland, residents will experience only slightly warmer temperatures ranging between 21°C and 24°C. Mountainous regions will continue to be cool, with highs predicted between 14°C and 17°C.

Along the coast, westerly to northwesterly winds will be strongest, blowing between 20 to 35 kilometres per hour, but are not expected to have much of an impact on the seas, with moderate conditions expected in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman, according to the National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology.

On Wednesday, cloud cover will increase over the islands and along the coastal, particularly in the northern part of the country, increasing chances for light rain.

Wind speeds will pick up slightly, causing moderate to rough conditions in the seas.
