ABU DHABI // Hazy weather and dust causing low visibility on Monday forced motorists to be cautious while driving, the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology said.
Some low clouds could develop over the eastern mountains by afternoon, the centre said. A slight fall of temperatures, light to moderates winds, freshening at times, were expected as well as slight to moderate seas in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman.
Relative humidity will increase during the night and into the morning, especially over the coast, with a chance of fog.
“Fog forms in the morning, so we warn motorists to take caution while driving,” the centre said.
NCMS also expected the weather for the next two days is fair in general and partly cloudy over some areas, and light to moderate wind that may become fresh during daytime and will cause raising dust over internal areas.
The highest recorded temperature on Sunday was 48.4ºC, while the lowest was 22.4ºC.
