Weather forecasters warn of fresh winds associated with blowing dust and poor visibility of less than 1,500 metres at times.
The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology said Wednesday will be partly cloudy with an increase in the amount of clouds, especially to the north and east, with a chance of some rain, which may be extended to some internal areas. Coupled with blowing dust in many parts of the country, visibility on the roads may be reduced.
Wind will be moderate to fresh, and strong over the sea.
Thursday and Friday will be partly cloudy with moderate to fresh winds causing more blowing dust with a fall in temperatures.
The temperature will average between 16°C and 28°C in coastal areas and between 13°C and 31°C in internal areas.
Forecasters also warned that conditions in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman will become rough to very rough during the coming few days with humidity increasing during the night and early morning and a chance of fog over some internal and coastal areas.
