Foggy and misty weather is set to continue in some western internal areas of the country with poor visibility to less than 500 meters until 8:30 am, forecasters at the National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) said.

Mist covered Swiehan and Madinat Zayed on Tuesday early morning with cloud cover intensifying over the east, the weather centre said.
Fair weather is expected with light to moderate winds in the afternoon which may cause dust over some areas.

Temperatures will range from 20°C to 38°C in the interior regions, 23°C to 35°C along the coast, 17°C to 30°C in the mountains.

Humidity levels are expected increase at night and Wednesday morning over the coastal areas. This will be coupled with high humidity ranging between 75 to 90 per cent around coastal with up to 55 per cent in the mountains.

Seas will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
