Brisk winds reaching 20 km per hour will keep temperatures down across much of the UAE on Saturday as the cool weather continues and rain sweeps in from the north.
It will be cloudy with sunny spells for most areas, with temperatures falling as low as 11C in the northern emirates. That region will also be at the highest risk of showers according to the National Centre of Meteorology.
Elsewhere in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, warm sunshine will keep the daytime temperature at about 20C, with similar weather conditions forecast for Fujairah and the east coast, where outbreaks of rain are also likely.
Rough conditions are forecast for the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea on Saturday.
Northern and eastern areas are most likely to catch a light shower on Sunday also, with blowing dust a potential problem as high winds continue, particularly inland although it will be slightly warmer with a daytime peak of 22C.
