The UAE's ambassador to Pakistan has congratulated the newly elected President, Nawaz Sharif, on behalf of the UAE. Eisa Abdullah Al Basha Al Nuaimi met Sharif in Lahore. The two spoke about continuing to strengthen ties between the countries, the state news agency Wam said.
