It was an eventful morning at Al Khail Road in Dubai with four separate crashes seen on the Waze app map, starting with the spot opposite Al Barsha police station.
The other three crashes, involving two cars each, were in the direction of inbound Dubai, causing traffic congestion.
Dubai Traffic Police have not reported any updates of the situation, or whether there have been casualties, yet.
If you were planning to go to City Walk, be prepared for slow traffic, cars are moving on Al Mustaqbal street at an almost walking speed of eight kilometres per hour.
Happiness Street is also having its share of traffic jams, with cars moving at 7kph.
With schools closed and many people away on summer vacation, the roads appear calm in Abu Dhabi.
