Two marine stations relocate to make way for new stations

Dubai’s RTA say Al Seef and Jumeirah Open Beach stations will now be located in Fahidi, at Festival City.

DUBAI // The Roads and Transport Authority has announced the relocation of Al Seef and Jumeirah Open Beach marine stations to Fahidi, in Festival City.

The relocation is expected to be completed in about three months.

The authority said the move was made to allow developer Meraas to build alternative marine stations at the two locations.

Once built, the new stations will allow for improved marine transit access and services for Dubai Ferry, Water Bus and the Water Taxi.
