Two people were injured in a road accident during which a motorcycle flipped on Al Thanyah Road, Dubai Police said.
The motorcycle was entering the main street from a side road when it hit the pavement along the intersection at around 5am on Tuesday.
Police said that a Frenchman sustained serious injuries, and an Indian man was moderately injured. Both were transferred to hospital.
In another incident, a vehicle went up in flames at around 10pm on Monday on Dubai’s Damascus Road after it crashed into another car.
Police said that there were no injuries, as all passengers managed to get out of the car before the fire started.
Also, Dubai Police said there were no injuries in an incident on Tuesday during a five-car pile up on the Dubai-Al Ain Road.
The vehicle had damages, but no one was injured, police said.
