Sharjah Police have launched a traffic awareness campaign to warn motorists about the need to concentrate on the road while driving.
Colonel Shawaf Abdulrahman, the director of traffic and patrols, said that many motorists don’t pay attention to the road because they are often preoccupied with other matters, mainly mobile phones or eating and drinking.
